The Gift of Reading
GIVE THE GIFT OF READING!
Looking for an unusual and unique gift for the child in your life?
Consider the Gift of Reading Club.
Reading levels, age, interest….it can be difficult to find the perfect book for the child in your life, especially as there are new books being released everyday. The Gift of Reading aims to find a new book every month that is perfectly tailored to fit the interests, level, and age of the child in your life.
Our Children’s Buyer (who selects all the children’s books in the store) will hand-pick the books for your child each month. You are always welcome to update us with the new interests or reading tastes of your child.
“Emma greatly enjoys the books you send and shrieks when she sees an Odyssey book package hanging on her mailbox outside!” -Shelby Hines
“Our granddaughter has been the happy recipient each month of a book from us, through the program. She loves receiving the books and is excited to get them. She thinks that it's great that they come gift-wrapped, and as she says, she has a present from us every month. We recommend this program to anyone with children in their lives.” –Margaret and Al Fabbre
How it works:
Each month the child you enroll will receive a handpicked book which is recently published and appropriate to his or her age group and reading level.
There are four categories of books: cloth/board books, picture books, young reader, and teen.
We will bill your credit card each month for the cost of the book plus shipping. The total charge will not exceed $30.00.
When possible, we’ll send a signed book.
Any book can be returned for an exchange or credit toward a future purchase.
Each month's selection will be gift wrapped with a gift tag indicating who the book is from. On appropriate months, we'll also include a special message, like "Happy Birthday!"
Enrollment is for as long as you'd like it to be. The child will receive a book a month until we hear otherwise.
